Bayfield Indie Film Series #3 Community Events

6:30 PM| 11 The Square, Bayfield, ON N0M 1G0

Trigger Point, the third film in the Bayfield Indie Film Series will be showing at the Bayfield Town Hall on June 7thth. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the film starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at the door for $12.

PRIDE Hike Community Events

10:00 AM| Clan Gregor Square; 6 The Square, Bluewater, ON N0M 1G0

On Saturday, June 10 at 10 a.m. the BRVTA is proud to host their First Annual Pride Hike in recognition of Pride Month. All are welcome with a special invitation to members of the LGBTQAI2S+ community. The hike will be on the Woodland Trail but participants will meet at the gazebo in Clan Gregor Square in the village.  The hike from there is 5 km and will last about 90 minutes.  Dogs on leash welcome. Reflections of Bayfield Exhibit Community Events

2:00 PM| Bayfield

The Bayfield Centre of the Arts will be hosting an art exhibition of images painted of Bayfield at Town Hall on Saturday, June 10th, 2023 from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm. 

More than 50 recognizable paintings will be displayed along with some very important paintings of Bayfield by renowned Canadian painter J.W. McLaren.

VHS Run4Kids Community Events

National Indigenous Peoples Day Hike Community Events

10:00 AM| 38594 Mill Road - Area of Varna, Bluewater, Ontario, Canada, N0M 2R0 (5 km east of Bayfield, 1 km west of Varna)

The annual National Indigenous Peoples Day hike hosted by the Bayfield River Valley Trails Association will take place on Saturday, June 17th at 10 a.m. at the Varna Nature Trails on Mill Road, 1 km west of Varna. We welcome Jordan George as our special guest. Jordan George is a Kettle and Stony Point member who specializes in Indigenous research and will share the history of Indigenous peoples in the Bayfield area. All are welcome including your canine companions.

Decoration Day Community Events

Sunday, June 25th is Decoration Day at Bayfield Cemetery. While there is no service this year, families are welcome to attend to place decorations at a loved one's grave.
