All are welcome to join us for the annual Indigenous hike on Saturday, August 24 at 10:00 a.m. at the Varna Nature Trails on Mill Road, 1 km west of Varna. We welcome Jordan George as our special guest. Jordan is a Kettle and Stony Point member who specializes in Indigenous research. He will share the history of Indigenous peoples in the Bayfield area. Last year, he collaborated with the Bayfield Historical Society to research the history of Indigenous peoples in Huron County.
