Zumba is a fitness class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program.

This class will get your heart rate up, improve coordination. Best of all, it assists with de-stressing! All levels are welcome!

Drop-in - no registration necesssary!

Be sure to wear proper footwear (ex. running shoes).
